Manchester’s King Street is known for being a hub of art, food and retail luxury, housing some of the city’s finest institutions from tapas bars, exclusive art galleries and designer outlets. Now, it’s rumoured that the street is set to welcome Petit Paris Deli, a Parisian influenced eatery serving up a range of wines, cheeses and small plates in the former L’Occitane unit.

One of the city centre’s very first French delis, Petit Paris Deli will encompass everything well-known and most-loved about French dining, alongside a curated menu of wines from the region.

Serving up a range of the finest French cheeses, guests will also be able to dabble in charcuterie boards with paired beverages, and a range of imported deli items and authentic produce available to take home.

For those unable to make the trip to the restaurant in person, Petit Paris Deli will also launch an online store that will feature all of the French favourites including; cheeses, meats, pastries, dips and condiments with that distinctive French authenticity.

Looking to open seven days a week from 8am – 10pm, diners will be able to grab a range of breakfast, lunch and evening items. The deli will also house outdoor seating for alfresco drinking and dining throughout the summer months, giving guests a taste of Paris in the heart of the city centre.

Joining the likes of newly opened Franco Manca, El Gato Negro and Tast Catala, and the upcoming launch of 37 King Street, the street is becoming THE place to visit for an alternative taste of European culture.

There’s no confirmed opening date just yet for Petit Paris Deli, but, as always, we’ll keep you updated. In the meantime, you can follow the deli’s Instagram below.
