Cancer research scientist, turned cook, Pippa Middlehurst aka Pippy Eats is well-known on Manchester’s food scene for hosting her hugely popular noodle and dumpling supper clubs and workshops.
Last year she was ready to launch NOODLEHAUS, her very first permanent location in Ardwick, set to become home to her cookery school, supper clubs, workshops and events. After a year of set backs (and serious stress) Pippa has decided to move on to a bigger and better location that will finally be opening before the end of the year.
Overlooking the water at New Islington Marina, the new Noodlehaus has been planned and designed by the all-girl team over at No Chintz, taking Pippa’s “wildest dreams and transforming them into the most beautiful, vibrant workshop space, dining space and Noodlehaus shop – all under one roof.”
The space will also be home to a Noodlehaus cookware and kitchen shop, where you’ll find all of the amazing products stocked on Pippa’s online Marketplace, plus cookery equipment and tableware.
The new Noodlehaus looks like it’ll be a stunning new space, and in a much better location right in the New Islington Marina – sat alongside some other fantastic independent traders and ventures. It’ll really add to the burgeoning community down there – and we wish Pippa all the success with this exciting new chapter.
Keep an eye on the Noodlehaus socials for developments and a more concrete opening date and supper clubs over the coming months…
