The team behind the Manchester-born luxury restaurant brand, Tattu have submitted a licence application under the name ‘Fenix Restaurants’, located in Enterprise City, part of Allied London’s new St John’s Development

The application illustrates a split level restaurant and bar catering for over 200 guests connected by a dramatic spiral staircase.

Speaking of the new venture, Adam Jones co-founder of the Permanently Unique Group (trading as Tattu) said: “Our first restaurant brand Tattu started here in Manchester and thanks to the incredible reception it received we quickly became the fastest growing restaurant in the UK, opening locations in five major cities, including a rooftop flagship in central London this year.

“It therefore was only right to return to our home city to launch our second culinary venture. Inspired by Cycladic philosophies and modern Greek fusion cuisine, ‘Fenix’ is a vibrant dining concept that will marry Mykonian influence with high-quality service standards and hospitality. ‘Fenix’ will bring a truly unique and energetic experience to Manchester’s now celebrated restaurant scene.”

The concept promises to be an exciting addition to the string of new premium hospitality openings at St John’s, with the impending launches of Soho House, Molly’s and Cecconis in 2023.
