On Sunday 31st March, The Refuge are offering a complimentary glass of Prosecco for all mum’s that dine.
You can enjoy the perfect Sunday dinner; The Refuge’s renowned Sunday Roast Platter which makes for the ultimate family feast to share with your mum. It’s even been voted the best in Manchester!
The Sunday Roast Platter for two comes with beef, suckling pig, half a chicken, roast potatoes, carrot and swede, Vimto red cabbage, buttered green beans and leaves, Yorkshire puddings and cauliflower cheese, be prepared for a feast!
If you’re vegan, no worries, you can enjoy the Vegan Wellington Roast, which is also a favourite on the Sunday Roast menu. Filled with spinach, mushrooms, butternut squash, lentils shallot marmalade glaze and sesame maple syrup with, of course – all the trimmings.
The Refuge by Volta Public Bar will open from 11am until 11pm. The Dining Room starts
serving from 12 noon until 4pm then will resume from 5pm- to 9pm on Sunday 31st March.
