Copenhagen Takeover Weekend at Hatch

Hatch welcomes a weekend of Scandi-inspired coffee and beer events straight from Copenhagen for the May Bank Holiday Weekend from 25th-27th May.

Some of the best producers of coffee and beer in the world call Copenhagen home. For the May bank holiday weekend, Takk and ÖL at Hatch will be taken over by the likes of Coffee Collective, Mikkeller and Warpigs.

The weekend’s events are as follows:

Friday Night Launch

Events kick off with a Tap takeover in ÖL and music supplied by Ben Philips of stop making sense.

5 pm – Copenhagen takeover on the ÖL taps featuring Mikeller, War Pigs, Dry and Bitter, ToÖl
7 pm – Music – DJ Ben Philips (Stop making sense)

Saturday

Saturday Coffee Collective take over at the espresso bar with talks and coffee tastings as well as coffee soft serve ice cream.

11 am – Public coffee cupping/tasting from Coffee Collective at Takk Espresso bar.
12 Midday – Copenhagen takeover in  ÖL continues.
5 pm – Introduction to Coffee Collective and their philosophy followed by a tasting of their full range 

Coffee collective soft serve ice cream all day.

Sunday

Coffee collective coffees served on filter and espresso in the espresso bar

Copenhagen Beers in the bar at  ÖL from 12 Midday

*Coffee collective coffees will also be available in Takk Coffee House, Tariff Street, Northern Quarter on espresso and filter all weekend.
