When it comes to Christmas, we wouldn’t expect anything less than extraordinary from Cottonopolis, and they haven’t let us down. Head Bartender Gethin Jones has been working with his team to create a cocktail menu which will add that extra special touch to celebrations this festive season.
“Creating our Christmas Cocktail Menu is something which we really enjoy developing together at the end of the year. Not only does it allow us to give a nod of thanks to the drinks brands that have supported us over the last twelve months, but it gives us the chance to celebrate those richer, heavier flavour notes that Christmas embodies.” – Gethin Jones, Head Bartender at Cottonopolis.
Drinks on the festive menu feature a twist on a few classics like the Hot Toddy (Hotei-Toddy), a candy cane garnished ‘For the Ho Ho Ho’s’ and The Fairytale of New York Sour.
