The Diablesse Rums have been sourced, blended and bottled by independent Manchester based company. Farman and Son Ltd, whose ethos is to bring quality, authentic rums to our shores, blending pure rums to give delicious flavour profiles.

Their main goal is to bring unique rums to the consumer that can be used in innovative ways and serves that may not have been previously explored. Their mission is to tempt rum virgins, convert gin drinkers and captivate the connoisseur and to get people to see rum in a different way.

The range is comprised of two small batch expressions which both provide unique flavour profiles that have never been created before, until now.

The first being Diablesse Carribean Rum which is a beautifully moreish rum with notes of of char grilled pineapple, butterscotch and a long warm warm peppery finish. It’s a well balanced aged golden rum, blending rums of provenance from well respected distilleries around the Caribbean, with no added sugar, caramel or synthetic additives or other adulteration.

The second in the range is Diablesse Clementine Spiced Rum it’s such a fantastic addition to any cocktail, a smooth demerara rum which is naturally flavoured with clementine and spices.

Creating a unique flavour profile that perfectly balances zesty clementine with toffee apple and warm pimento. With a 20% reduction in sugar, the clementine zest really shines through in this bright new rum.

Using quality ingredients local to the distilleries in which they are made and centuries-old distillation methods, the heritage of Diablesse Rums can be directly attributed to the Caribbeans most prestigious distilleries.

Which then use a variety of copper pot and column stills and even a 200 year old wooden still which is the only one of its kind in the world still operating today!
