Join the guys from Edinburgh Castle on Tuesday 10th November at 7pm for the return of Trust The Chef’s.

Working in collaboration with Manchester’s own The Butcher’s Quarter, the blind 4-course tasting menu from Edinburgh Castle will certainly feature some sublime cuts of meat and, in true Edinburgh Castle style, plenty of locally foraged ingredients.

Whilst creating and adapting their esteemed menus, the talented team over at Edinburgh Castle often pay regular visits to Delamere Forest to forage 5-star ingredients to incorporate within their exceptional dishes.

The Trust The Chef’s events from EC are centred around seasonality, showcasing a true masterclass in attention, flavour and creativity.

Meat lovers rejoice as the guys down at EC have teamed up with local NQ legends The Butchers Quarter for this special event; focusing each course on a particular cut of meat (and each paired with a glass of wine!)

Producing innovative new dishes for you to try within the intimate surroundings of the restaurant, the menu will be kept secret, enforcing the idea of putting your trust in these talented cooks, and trying new and exciting dishes.

The one-sitting experience starts at 7pm, and costs £60pp.

Brought to your table personally by the chef (who will talk you through the special ingredients and details) each dish will expertly demonstrate each chef’s unique talents and passions – all whilst exploring the best in seasonal produce.
