Set across 4 huge floors, The Ivy occupies that impressive, timber framed space in the heart of Spinningfields – there’s frankly no way in which you could have missed this one!

The first look started how any other would – on the ground floor – which is home to the stunning Ivy Brasserie – an all-day bar and restaurant serving up modern British classics.

The room is adorned with a dazzling array of art, fabrics, mirrors and tiles, as well as copious amounts of foliage – really adding to the idea of this place being a true oasis in the heart of the city centre.

Up the stairs and we were greeted with The Dalston Room, an exclusive private room that welcomes parties of up to 20 guests. Looking like something straight out of a movie, the room features a huge central setting, a fully stocked bar overlooking the gardens of Spinningfields below.

The 3rd floor is home to Ivy Asia and although it wasn’t fully complete when we looked around – it was certainly taking shape. This will be a glamorous bar and restaurant serving up picturesque Asian inspired cocktails and dishes.

Finally (and certainly saving the best ‘til last) we reached the sumptuous Roof Garden – complete with retractable roof, fire pits and an abundance of greenery. It was here we sat down for a lovely bit of Afternoon Tea, with plenty of fizz and fantastic surroundings.
