Each week there’s a trio of freshly cooked bowls for £7.50 to devour within your lunch hour.

The menu will change each week with fresh and seasonal dishes, revealed on The Refuge’s social accounts. The menu is available from 12pm – 3pm in the Public Bar.

The trio will see meat, seafood and vegan options with rotating dishes introduced at the start of each week. The selections will range from Tonkotsu Ramen to Keralan Fish curry, Grilled Brassicas to Fritto Miso and Pappardelle Alla Ragu to Bangers & Mash.

This weeks menu includes a slow-cooked brisket pappardelle finished with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

There is also a Fritto Misto served with garlic sautéed cabbage and peas with crispy bacon shards and a lemon aioli to dip.

The last dish of the trio is the Shoyu Ramen, including ramen noodles, Japanese soy sauce, perfectly cooked poached egg and a quenelle of mushrooms.
