Invented by someone (nobody really knows) in Buffalo, New York – a town that I visited once and was immediately bored – the buffalo chicken wing has become a thing of legend.
It transcends countries and cultures as one of the tastiest things to put in your mouth ever, especially when watching something on the telly.
