Inspired by food found on the sun soaked streets of Southern California and misadventures on the back streets of Tijuana, the gang at Liquor and Burn have come up with a brand new menu for you to get your teeth into.

The new menu features Cali style tacos, overstuffed and dripping with fresh sauces. The burritos are the stuff of food dreams – epic combinations packed with sizzling juicy meats freshly chopped salads, epic house sauces, spicy, smoky steak and creamy tangy guac.

The new menu has also gone BIG on vegan, using tempeh protein and vegan mayo based sauces, they’ve managed to recreate their best-selling burrito as fully vegan with the Ariana Grande (£9.50), a wrap packed with Cajun spiced Tempeh, fries, avocado, salad, and vegan sauces.

As well as the new menu, they’ve also expanded the restaurant to encompass the ground floor, increasing dining to 110 covers with an extra 50 covers outside. The outdoor area, which opens later this month, will offer full food and drink menus.

The interior is going to be – lighter, brighter, more comfortable and more grown up. It will feel luxurious and well finished but still with a good pinch of grit and naughtiness.

So-Cal inspired, the new styling will reflect the menu and the inspiration behind it. Organic finishes, bright, popping, cheeky nods and a shit ton of plants (now vegan friendly).

Quote from Beau Myers, Director; “Indulgently I wanted somewhere cool as fuck to go and eat the kinda food I love. It’s fun food, it’s social food, it’s all about friends and sharing – good times – wild times – making memories.”
