The craft gin trend continues and it doesn’t look to dissipate any time soon, certainly not with the new that Manchester Gin are set to move into the arches below Manchester Central – a space that will incorporate not just a huge distillery but also space for a bar and even a restaurant.

The space will also be home to a range of more immersive experiences including masterclasses, tutorials and workshops – all of which will most likely provide a deeper insight into the gin-making process as well as getting you suitably tipsy.

Similarly, the bar will likely serve up the full range of Manchester Gin variations, alongside cocktails and local craft beers.

There’s not much information on the restaurant side of things but I’m sure there’ll be some new popping up in the lead up to the opening.

Set to open sometime in the summer, follow Manchester Gin for up-to-date information.
