The plant based menu created by Manchester born chef, Andrew Green offers a vibrant and dynamic choice of dishes, packed full of flavour and colour, the dishes will be made using the finest local ingredients around.

The vegans of Manchester can choose from a variety of homemade starters such as, roast vine tomato soup, chickpea fritters and edamame multi grain salad.

To hearty mains such as pasta grilled with Mediterranean vegetables, wild mushroom buckwheat risotto or butternut squash, spinach and chickpea curry.

For desert you can delve into either seasonal fruit, served with maple syrup and toasted coconut, a selection of fruit sorbets or traditional bramley apple and caramel crumble.

The new menu sits alongside Mamucium’s extensive menu of modern British classics with a unique northern spin.
