In the run up to Christmas you can enjoy The Lowry Hotel’s festive set menu of 3 courses starting from £25 at lunch, and £29 for dinner, so leave the Christmas rush behind, relax, and treat yourselves.
Enjoy one of their delicious homey starters, you can choose from the following, beetroot & cured sea trout, smoked salmon mousse, cucumber, nasturtium, chicken liver parfait, clementine, toasted sour dough or maple roasted parsnip soup, curry oil, parsnip crisps.
To follow, delve into either turkey & parma ham roulad served with chateaux potato, roast root vegetable, parsnip puree, sprouts, or seared stone bass with comes with celeriac puree, saffron kohlrabi, braised chicory, shrimp butter sauce, or if you’re vegetarian, wild mushroom tortelloni, spinach cream, cep foam is served.
To finish, and leave you feeling festive, you can choose from mulled winter fruits served with pain de epice, cinnamon ice cream, lowry Christmas pudding, selection of cheeses, or tea, coffee and mini mince pies!
