Woodland pizza sensation, Into the Wild, joins Stutter & Twitch the artisan coffee and music concept in Stamford Square with a bar and food menu in a new alfresco dining space.
The area is undergoing an evolutionary process into a more community-focused public space, welcoming Into the Wild Pizza who will be serving up their seasonal and foraged woodfired pizzas.
Outgrowing their innovative “Coffee Caravan”, Stutter and Twitch moved to a permanent brick and mortar unit in the former Cheese Peddlers space a while ago. It’s kitted out as a “Keggerated” bar with retro fridges serving beer on tap from the kegs inside.
They’ve got craft beers, a curated cocktail and wine menu as well as their well-established artisan coffee and record offering.
The team are also now serving up a signature ‘melts’ menu – dreamy cheese toasties based around Barbakan sourdough bread and filled with ingredients from the best local suppliers. The all-day menu includes the likes of “The Breakfast Club” to “Croque Caravan”.
Also pitching up their horsebox unit at Stamford Square is woodland pizza sensation, Into the Wild.
Founder of Into the Wild and bushcraft and foraging expert Adam Taylor has created a pizza sensation in nearby Bollin Wood serving up pizza and coffee from a den in the forest. A
The menu is completely inspired by nature serving seasonal and local specials, like ‘foraged wild garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, prosciutto and truffle oil’.
Adam will also be holding workshops where guests can attend local foraging sessions and then learn how to make a pizza from the Square.

Both Into the Wild and Stutter and Twitch will be serving onto Stamford Square where dining tables and chairs and the recently installed ‘domes’ will create a new alfresco dining area for Altrincham.
The new vision for the Stamford Quarter is to transform the area into a mixed-use destination that makes Altrincham an even better place to live, work and play for local families and the wider community.
