Teaming up with the award-winning street food legends, Rudy’s present this sausage pizza special that’s generously topped with ground fennel sausage, caramelised red onion, smoked mozzarella, Fior Di latte, chilli flakes and fresh basil.
As I’m sure you’re aware, Grandad’s Sausages burst onto the street food scene a couple of years back and in between feeding the hungry masses at festivals around the country, they managed to secure a space over at Hatch, and once lockdown hit – they’ve been delivering their excellent Hot Dog Meal Kits, as well as delivering sausages to people’s doorsteps.
They’ve found time throughout all that though to meet up with the team at Rudy’s for this special collaboration, one which features one of their best sausages ever made – the legendary pork and fennel – which is ground up and piled up high on top.
