To celebrate the weekend, Cottonopolis’ Head Chef Joe Grant has created a special Rainbow Roll – an extravagant dessert that will be served as a replacement to their usual Arctic Roll over the Pride Weekend.
The Rainbow Roll costs £6 with a £1 donation from each sale going to The Manchester Pride Fund – a charity which campaigns for equality; challenges discrimination; creates opportunity for engagement and participation; celebrates lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender life; and fundraises to enrich and empower LGBT organisations, charities and communities in Greater Manchester.
Containing Raspberry Ripple ice cream, rainbow sponge, bubble gum sauce and hundreds & thousands – the Rainbow Roll will be available from Friday 24th August.
