Friday 23rd June sees phenomenal Indian Street Food and Craft Beer establishment Bundobust launch two new collaborative beer efforts for Manchester Beer Week and to celebrate they’ll be offering free Indian snacks with every purchase of their new Nimbu Sour.

Bundobust, over at the top far corner of Piccadilly Gardens, has gone from strength-to-strength since opening, and continues to be one of the must-visit places for good, authentic Indian street food in the city. Not to mention, their dishes are all vegetarian too, so not only are they delicious, they’re also good for the environment and probably your body.

With a rotating range of craft beers, Bundobust is also well known for its choice of drinks, and their original house beer Bombay Dazzler (4.8%) from Leeds based Northern Monk is always a winner when paired up their spicy offerings. For Manchester Beer week though, the geezers over there have decided to collaborate about and come up with 2 new beers for you to try.

The first one – Juicy Bhangra is brewed in Copenhagen at the Dry & Bitter Brewery and will now be their new house pale ale. It has low bitterness and a super fruity & juicy taste that cuts through the spice of their food. Nimbu Sour, on the other hand, is brewed in Chorlton especially for Manchester Beer Week and is an interpretation of Nimbu Pani, a traditional Indian lemon & cumin soft drink. Containing salt and coriander, it’s very close to a German style Gose beer.

To  celebrate these two new beers, Bundobust are offering FREE Pani Puri with every half pint of Nimbu Sour bought on Friday 23rd June (after 6pm). As well as this, for the duration of Manchester Beer Week, they will be offering a Flight Board of all 3 beers for only £4.50.

Get on down tomorrow to try these bad boys out, and make sure you get some of the Okra Fries – you’d be an idiot not to!
