First established in Soho as a butcher’s shop in 1911, Randall & Aubin continues to serve the freshest seafood and mouth-watering rotisserie meats with premium ingredients from carefully chosen and local suppliers.
Recently opened on Bridge Street, Randall & Aubin have been serving Mancunians with their sumptuous menu of British seafood, meat dishes and delectable drinks, 7 days a week and show no signs of slowing down.
For our first exclusive Seasonal Supper event, there will be 4 courses served throughout the evening, showcasing the best of what this current season of ingredients has to offer – each one expertly paired with wine.
To assist and provide some value information will be seafood expert Mike Warner, a freelance food writer specialising in the UK seafood and fishing industries. As one of the country’s leading consultants on seafood sustainability he focuses on connecting consumers to fishermen with an emphasis on sustainability, traceability and seasonality.
Joining Mike will be sommelier Berard Nichols, who has worked in the UK wine trade for over 35 years; building a retail career and working with a large number of high profile wine merchants. There’s not much he doesn’t know about wine, and he’ll be sure to provide many an entertaining anecdote as you sip away.
