There are a few dishes that just don’t work well in Summer. I’d say soup was one (unless it’s French or Gazpacho), as is Shepherds Pie and perhaps even a Roast Dinner.
Controversial I know! But when it’s hot you want something fresh and light and this is where Brasserie Abode are looking to make your decisions easier.
In keeping with this Summer dining vibe, they have developed a menu that aims to focus on fish; ranging from Crab Bisque, right up to half a dozen Long Rock Oysters and even Lobster-frites.
With a range of Crustacea including Devon Crab, chilli and garlic Prawns and the aforementioned Lobster, there’s plenty to choose from when the weather is fine. All the while surrounded by the elegant and light Brasserie décor and atmosphere.
I should also mention the Brasserie’s Beer Battered Haddock too. It’s amazing!
