This week we are celebrating the good old Negroni- a classic cocktail made up of London dry gin, Campari and sweet red Vermouth in equal parts.
This drink is then lovingly stirred over lots of ice to get the required water dilution- someone once told me that a Negroni must be stirred fifty-two times for it to be perfect.
