Main dishes such Roasted Chicken served with swede fondant, parsnip puree, kale and sherry sauce. Mussles, red Thai curry and coconut coriander, Jasper Fillet Steak, pepper sauce, hand cut chips and grilled tomato, or Leagram goat’s curd tart, warm chicory and orange salad…I’m currently salivating!
