With over 15 years of experience as an Iberian farmer, more than 10 years as a professional hand-carver, Francisco Gonzalez de las Cuevas, from Oliva de la Frontera, represents the third generation of a family of professionals of the Jamón Ibérico.
During his visit to Manchester, he will delight us with a unique event where he will be talking about the differences between the Ibericos in Badajoz, their diets, their crosses, their labelling and the regulations.
This will then be followed by a tasting of the best Jamón Ibérico of Badajoz accompanied with other Iberian cured meats, a selection of cheeses and Spanish wine to wash it all down.
