The award-winning vegan and gluten-free restaurant that uses locally sourced ingredients, Allotment Vegan is partnering up with Beatnikz for a cheese and beer brunch.
The Sunday Brunch Club is hosted by Beatnikz on the first Sunday of every month and sees them team up with Manchester-based chefs and restaurants and serve up some top dishes alongside some fantastic beers.
The latest instalment of Sunday Brunch Club at Beatnikz sees them team up with the chefs from Allotment Vegan to perfectly pair vegan cheese with 3 selected beers:
Pistachio Feta paired with a pre-industrial porter, 1773 Heritage Brown Porter.
Roasted Peach & Dill Soft Cheese paired with a perfectly summery and refreshing Lemon & Rosemary Saision
Smoked Paprika, Chive & Caramelised Lime Cheese paired with Organic Cocoa Nib Sour a tart dark sour with a chocolate finish.
The beers are courtesy of Little Earth Project which specialises in brewing historic, farmhouse and wild beers using wild and organically farmed ingredients.
Although the event has vegan cheese, Beatnikz promise everyone will love the pairing of cheese and beer!
