I’m sure that you’ll agree with me on this one; Bottomless Brunch is one of the best things in the world. Ever since it arrived on our shores a few years ago, it’s become a real treat on the weekends and the creativity of the city’s establishments in what they offer has been extremely refreshing.
You can find bottomless brunch with a Japanese twist, Spanish brunch and now – Brazilian Bottomless Brunch complete with free-flowing sangria, wine, caipirinha’s or Portuguese lagers! Let’s have a look shall we…
KBOM Bar & Kitchen will be launching their ‘Domingo sem Fundo‘ this weekend, basically translated into ‘Bottomless Sundays’ where you can choose a starter, a main and receive bottomless drinks for 90 minutes for just £24.95 per person.
You’ll have the choice of a wide range of Brazilian and Portuguese dishes, kicking off with the starters that include their Rissois de Quejio; deep-fried cheese croquettes, or the Pao de Quejio; cheesy dough balls which are the most popular street food snack in Brazil.
They also offer up some truly delectable Asas Grelhadas; Portuguese style grilled chicken wings, which have been marinated and the cooked in either lemon & herb or KBOM’s very own Piri Piri seasoning.
From the mains there’s an impressive choice of authentic Brazilian and Portuguese dishes including the Bitoque; a Portuguese take on the classic steak and eggs, as well as Frango Grelhado; half a grilled Piri Piri spiced chicken with fries which completely blows Nandos out of the water.
They’re also offering up their Burger da Onda; a spectacular steak and king prawn burger, the Espetada de Gambas; grilled king prawn skewers brushed with in-house made chilli and garlic seasoning or my favourite – the Picanha à Brasileira; Brazilian style grilled sirloin steak served with black beans, rice and farofa seasoning.
That’s the food sorted, but what about the drinks? Well, as I mentioned earlier, you can choose bottomless Sangria which actually comes out of a TAP at KBOM, or you can go for wine (red, white or rose), lager (Super Bock or Sagres), soft drinks or Caipirinhas – the best Brazilian cocktail that’s ever been made ever.
