The sides you can choose from feature; Roast Garlic Portobello Mushrooms, Beer Battered Onion Rings, Truffle and Parmesan Mash, Mac & Cheese, Creamed Spinach, Tenderstem Brocoli, Roasted Hispi Cabbage with bacon butter and a Watercress and Lemon Salad.
The sauces are either Green peppercorn, Red wine gravy, Bone marrow butter or Diane sauce.
