Traditional Italian restaurant, CIBO serves an array of delightful dishes and drinks at its sites across Liverpool Road and Great Northern.
Its laid-back, authentic dining atmosphere makes it a great place to celebrate a special occasion, but also to stop by for a lunchtime treat complete with two courses washed down with traditional Italian style cocktails!
CIBO’s midday dining deal is available Monday – Friday from 12pm – 2:30pm and 12pm – 3pm Saturday and Sunday. One course will set you back £10 and two courses comes in at £14.
They haven’t diluted the menu for the deal either, with some strong lunchtime contenders making an appearance!
When we made the visit to the venue, we chose the homemade Ravioli Lobster that’s served in a Lobster Bisque, lightly battered Calamari, and a creamy Risotto Fungi, which was topped with parmesan shavings.
One of our favourite dishes was the pan fried Anglesey Farmed Sea Bass Fillet, which was super fresh when accompanied with a squeeze of lemon.
The Burrata is also a stand-out dish that comes served with Cherry Vine Tomatoes and CIBO’s homemade Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar and the deep fried breaded buffalo mozzarella is light but punchy with its sundried tomato and parsley crumb crust.
CIBO prides itself on using the freshest ingredients in all of its food and the lunchtime deal is a strong contender for one of the best in the city.
Alongside your meal, you can also indulge in CIBO’s well crafted cocktail menu of Italian classics.
All coming in at £10 each, CIBO’s bartenders can whip up anything from an Aperol Spritz to a Negroni, Bellini, an Italian Job – consisting of Gin, Campari, syrup, lime juice and soda – and a Hazelnut and Coconut Daiquiri. This one’s more on the sweeter side, and comes with White Rum, Frangelico, Coconut Syrup and Lime Juice.
