Served with two huge, seeded flatbreads for dunking, there’s plenty of dips, meats, cheeses and of course, hummus.
Who says you can’t have hummus and halloumi fritters for breakfast?! Not us!
Crunchy on the outside with a delicious gooey halloumi centre, this little pile of delightfulness is something that is only created in dreams. Luckily for us cheese lovers, Kai has made this particular dream a reality.
They’ve then paired it with a dry spicy sausage packed full of flavour, Sucuk. They’ve not forgotten about eggs though. Done the traditional Turkish way, the Cilbir is prepared by poaching the eggs in garlic yoghurt.
Paired perfectly with the Cacik (yoghurt and cucumber) dip, the eggs are a refreshing take on a basic ingredient with just a touch of spice from the sprinkling of chilli powder.
And finally, a good selection of cheeses hidden away under the fluffy flatbreads for you to sink your teeth in.
