I’m not a big Valentine’s Day kind of girl, but it has to be said that gorgeous food is my Achilles heel. So, if some handsome fella took me for a fine dining experience at the Lowry Hotel’s River Restaurant on V-Day I would be pretty weak at the knees.
This menu is available on Wednesday 14th February and Saturday 17th February and bellow is a little sneak peek at the menu:
To Start
Caramelised onion soup, veal broth, gruyere toasted croute
Pan seared scallops, cauliflower puree, black pudding fritter, cured Cambrian ham
Salt beef hash, pickled beetroot, poached quail egg
