Backroom boozer parties are growing ever popular in Manchester, and Jūku is the latest club night to launch in Levenshulme. Taking over The Talleyrand on Saturday 8 July, the event will be headlined by So Flute’s Danuka and aims to bring “an ever-changing landscape of music to make you move”. Expect music from 1960 – today including jazz, hip-hop, jazz-funk, soul, disco, post-punk, yacht rock, dub, electronic, and house.
