Few in the UK electronic music scene have remained as pivotal as Underworld. From headline slots at Glastonbury to creating one of the techno scene’s most enduring anthems in Born Slippy (which also happened to soundtrack era-defining movie Trainspotting), Rick Smith and Karl Hyde are true innovators. The duo recently shared new single ‘denver luna’ in two different formats – an acapella edition along with an amplified 8-minute version and have now embarked on a UK and European headline tour. They play in Manchester at Aviva Studios on Friday 12 April and Saturday 13 April.
