One Direction star Harry Styles kicked off his first ever solo tour in San Francisco in September he makes his way back the UK for only four dates two in London, Glasgow and Manchester. His gig at The Apollo has of course sold out but he is back playing at the Arena in April, try here for tickets.

Alison Goldfrapp and Will Gregory AKA Goldfrapp are touring their latest release ‘Silver Eye’. The Electronic duo are known for delivering a slick show that will make you want to dance all the way through. Their intimate gig at Manchester Academy will be one not to miss. Big Thief | 03 Nov | The Deaf Institute
Folk -tinged indie rock band Big Thief’s second album ‘Capacity’ is an album you should be listening to now. The quartet from Brooklyn are in Manchester playing a Friday night gig at The Deaf Institute. This one has sold out already, check out Twickets for a resale face value.

Liam Fray | 03 & 04 Nov | Albert Hall
Liam Fray, frontman and songwriter of Courteeners – one of the country’s biggest home grown bands – has announced a series of intimate acoustic shows across the country and he plays to his hometown for two nights at the wonderfull Albert Hall. He promises Courteeners classics as well as a deep dive into rarely heard songs from the band’s decade old back catalogue. Both nights are sold out, check out Twickets for a resale face value.

Fleet Foxes | 23 Nov | Apollo
After a six-year hiatus, Fleet Foxes are back with a third album ‘Crack-Up’. Fleet Foxes’ self-titled debut made a profound impact on the international musical landscape, earning them Uncut’s first ever Music Award Prize, and topping numerous “Best of ” lists, including Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Albums of the 2000’s and Pitchfork’s 50 Best Albums of 2008. Hacienda Classical | 25 Nov | Apollo
The Haçienda and Manchester Camerata, the city’s experimental orchestra bring back Haçienda Classical to Manchester this time at the Apollo, with a brand new soundtrack for the concert. The incredible show sees the DJ’s who shaped The Haçienda’s sound – Mike Pickering and Graeme Park – collaborate with the Camerata for a night of classic dance music, innovatively adapted and arranged especially for the occasion.

Robert Plant | 30 Nov | Apollo
Led Zeppelin lead singer and lyricist, Robert Anthony Plant is back once again touring his 11th solo album ‘Carry Fire’ the legend isn’t stopping anytime soon. He has the greatest rock voice ever and while fans may dislike his refusal to reunite Zeppelin for a reunion tour when Page and Jones are plenty willing, we will happily settle for him solo. The Apollo gig is of course a sell out.
