Courteeners | 27 May | Emirates Old Trafford
This will be huge! A celebration of everything that is right with Manchester music. Courteeners play their biggest headline show yet. They have a great line up for the day; Charlatans, Blossoms and Cabbage. They have not yet played their recent album to their devoted Manchester fans, expect a mass migration of 50,000 Mancunians to Old Trafford cricket ground. The gig is a sell-out but we heard they released a few more. Tickets £57.50

Fat Freddy’s Drop | 2 June | Victoria Warehouse
The Seven-piece live band from New Zealand, are making a rare trip to the UK and play at our wonderful Victoria Warehouse. The band are known for their improvised live performances with extended instrumentals covering dub, reggae, soul, jazz; it will definitely be a highlight of anyone’s 2017 gig list.

China Lane | 2 June | Deaf Institute
Electro-Pop band China Lane are playing yet another gig in Manchester this time Deaf Institute, on the back of their second single release ‘In Motion’. If you missed them a couple of weeks ago at the Academy get yourself to this one, they are a great band live and certainly one to watch out for.
