Get your picnic baskets at the the ready! Hey Little Cupcake have been busy in the kitchen creating a collection of cupcakes to tempt the sun out from behind those cold snowy clouds.
The picnic collection is the perfect way to enjoy those sunny Spring days with month watering flavours that will leave you glowing inside and out!
Monday – Sweet Cherry Pie – Vanilla and cherry baked sponge topped with sweet cherry buttercream.
Tuesday – Salted Caramel Ice Cream – Chocolate sponge filled with caramel sauce and topped with a scoop of salted caramel buttercream.
Wednesday – Rose Lemonade – Lemon sponge filled with handmade rose curd and topped with a swirl or rose and lemon buttercream.
Thursday – Raspberry Bakewell Tart – Almond, jam and shortbread sponge topped with a berry buttercream and raspberry decoration.
Friday – S’more Cookie Dough – Chocolate sponge with a cookie dough filling topped with handmade marshmallow toasted frosting and mini chocolate bar.
Saturday – Pimms Cocktail – Lemon sponge with a Pimms jelly filling topped with lemon buttercream, mint cucumber and strawberry decoration.
Sunday – Jam Roly Poly – Vanilla sponge filled with a strawberry jam filling and topped with a roll of jam and vanilla buttercream.
