TRIB3 (pronounced “tribe”) opened their doors at Circle Square off Oxford Road back in September, offering up the city’s most inclusive and accessible space – with next-level results for ALL training abilities.
They offer 45-minute, high-intensity classes across a signature three-zoned studio which sees customers train across Treadmills, a free-weights Resistance zone and Intensity – home of the full-body burning AirBikes.
Workouts are designed to be intensive, but inclusive – built on effort level and not ability. This means that you can burn up to a whopping 1000 calories per session, and you’ll even see your results live as the workout is tracked with heart rate monitors and in-studio displays.
This weekend (Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th January) TRIB3 are launching their first ‘BREAKFAST WEEKEND’ where you’ll be able to attend a FREE gym class, and then given a voucher fro two extra free classes and 50% OFF any packages or memberships.
They are also throwing in half-price post-workout protein shakes and free coffees and pastries from the local bakery and kitchen – Tahi – a Kiwi owned and operated eatery which is set to arrive at Circle Square very soon.
