Frida Cooper | Ceramics
@fridacooper

Frida Cooper’s ceramics strike a fine balance between function and design, with her signature speckled creations being a firm favourite. She uses natural glazes in a neutral palette, mirroring the colours found in the raw material of clay. You might be familiar with Frida’s ceramics if you’ve visited Trove or Form Lifestyle Store recently, as you’ll find her work for sale here.

Klay Made | Jewellery
@klaymade

A collaboration between writer and founder of Aurelia Magazine, Kya Buller, and artist Luke Passey, Klay Made is the place to go if you’re after a beautiful, brightly coloured pair of hand-made earrings. Their debut collection was a huge hit, but if you missed out, the second collection is coming soon, so keep an eye out over on their Instagram.

Roop | Accessories
@itsrooper

Roop, founded by Natasha Fernandes Anjo, is seriously making waves in the fashion industry. Stocked in Selfridges, and selling out every collection in minutes, Roop is the place to go for one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces, whether it’s one of her signature Furoshiki style handbags, hair scrunchies, or a mask. Everything is made from vintage deadstock fabrics, giving a new life to something that might otherwise have been thrown away.

Sippy Cups | Ceramics
@sippy__cups

Sippy Cups is Caitlin McHugh’s passion-project-turned-business, and each of her hand-built pieces – ranging from vases, to teapots, to mugs – are totally unique. Experimenting with colour, form and size, her work defies the notions of what functional ceramics should look like, for example, this amazing bubble-textured mug.

Ede | Skincare and Wellness
@theedestore

ede’s focus is on wellness and sustainability, with all products being cruelty free and vegan friendly, as well as feeling really luxurious to use. Everything is hand-blended by founder Eve Williams, and made from the highest quality, natural ingredients. ede is stocked at Beaumont Organic in the Northern Quarter.

You can catch ede and Frida Cooper at On the Brink Studio’s Flea Market in Stockport, on Sunday 25th October from 11am – 4pm, along with many more of Manchester’s makers.
