A new apartment development in a setting of gardens, terraces and landscaped outside space is to open its doors in the autumn.

Called Acer, it will be the first residential development to open up at Square Gardens, part of the growing First Street neighbourhood.

The communal outdoor space, some of the biggest in the city for a private development, is echoed inside, with several apartment spaces dedicated to co-living.

Almost 1,200 living spaces will be created when it opens this autumn, from shared apartments to studios.

Lounge and social spaces, as well as co-working and meeting areas, will also play into the flexible, community feel of the development.

A large, state-of-the-art gym is also on site, featuring all-new high-spec and digitally enabled equipment.

There will also be media rooms, private kitchen and dining rooms to use, as well as regular resident and community events.

Co-living apartments range from three to five bedrooms, all with en-suite rooms. There are also solo studio apartments and fully-furnished apartments, with separate bathrooms and open plan kitchen and living areas.

All apartments will include high quality specification living spaces with light, fresh and contemporary design. They have been designed to maximise space and feature furniture and artwork inspired by the signature green spaces seen throughout the development.

All apartments come with utilities, super-fast wi-fi, use of all communal facilities and 24/7 security included.

Co-living apartments start at £935 per month, studios from £1540 per month, and apartments from £2120 per month.
