The iconic brutalist 60s tower block, which was once a Business School within the Aytoun Street Campus of Manchester Metropolitan University, is now officially open to city centre renters.
It will offer 123 brand new one and two bed apartments designed with strong geometric lines, exposed concrete and original ‘waffle’ ceilings.
