This weekend sees the return of The Yard’s car boot sale and flea market, offering a huge selection of vintage and secondhand goods at the converted warehouse in Cheetham Hill.
Created by friends Beena and Sherelle, the monthly sale plays host to vintage, pre-loved and local craft stalls, as well as a creative storytelling workshop by local artist Magdelena Boryn.
Guests will also get a chance to browse local food vendors, including a FREE glass of mulled wine and festive treats from social enterprise Grounded MCR and the sounds of local musicians to complement the festive vibe.

With the current cost of living crisis, the yard sale offers a chance to get out for some good old fashioned rummaging without breaking the bank.
Shopping secondhand is also a lot friendlier to the planet, another reason to head down to The Yard this Sunday for some green alternative shopping. Entry is only £1 and the venue has ample on-road parking nearby.
A unique working environment designed for the creative minds of the city, The Yard is a space where music and art thrive, and where creative industry start-ups and established organisations can further grow and develop.

Inside, The Yard offers various flexible meeting spaces, as well as space for acting and music rehearsals. The outside space is a unique creative space for people to collaborate, learn and build relationships with like-minded people, giving local creatives a perfect venue to showcase talent whilst building a community.
The yard sale is on from 10am – 3pm this Sunday 11th December at The Yard in Cheetham Hill.
