This week sees F45 Manchester NQ and Salford Central host a MASSIVE free fitness class for the people of Manchester, taking place on Thursday 21st October at 6pm.
The class will be lead by Cory George, the Global Head of Fitness at F45, who will be flying in from LA to host the class at The Love Factory.
They’re promising that this will be “the biggest fitness class Manchester has ever seen” and it’s definitely one not one to be missed!
Best of all (for me anyway), once the class is finished, smoothies, drinks, and snacks will be provided afterwards by the team at Fresh Fitness Food.
