Since opening Federal have gained an astoundingly ambitious following, providing thousands of customers with constantly delicious food.
They’re spreading their awesomeness across the city as they are set to open up a new site on Deansgate to open early 2019.
The new cafe will be double the size of their Northern Quarter site, meaning more tables, a larger kitchen, more menu options and more extremely delicious food, eeep!
The menu will still focus on Australian and New Zealand inspired brunch dishes, such as Acai Bowls, Smashed Avocado on Sourdough and Banana Bread with Mascarpone, however there will also be a wider range of specials as the kitchen will be much larger.
The site is also planning to stay open later on in the evenings, hosting pop up supper clubs, kitchen takeovers. Sounds brilliant.
