Peckforton Castle in ‘pole position’ as they take over the Land Rover Experience Cheshire Franchise
Peckforton Castle have announced they are the new driving force behind the Cheshire franchise of the Land Rover Experience. The full fleet, located within the stunning Peckforton grounds, gives thrill seekers the opportunity to try out the latest models of Defender, Range Rover, Discovery, Range Rover Sport, Evoque and Freelander-all ‘off road’ and in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
Owner of Peckforton Castle, Chris Naylor, has high hopes for the new take over: “This is just the start of what is to be a new chapter in the Castle’s history. The acquisition is a natural progression in developing Peckforton Castle as the perfect magical venue and market leader in our industry.”
Whether visitors want to drive one of the high-powered performance vehicles just for fun or get expert tuition to take their skills up a gear, they can really test Land Rover/Range Rover to the limit at this perfect location.
It is a great time for Peckforton Castle to be linked with Land Rover as the Indian-owned car manufacturer has just reported annual pre-tax profits of £1.51bn confirming it as the brand that is ‘in demand’ amongst car lovers.
Chris reveals: “The Land Rover Experience will form the backbone of our £1.5 million new activity centre, which will be located within the Castle grounds, due for opening in 2013. This is certainly a fantastic time to be involved with Peckforton Castle and I am excited that this is the first step of what will be an interesting future for us.”
The Land Rover Experience is also a hit with celebrities, as stars from the world of Soap and Sport have raced to Peckforton Castle for a fuel injected adrenaline rush. Coronation Street’s Michelle Keegan and Bolton Wanderer’s Captain Kevin Davies are just a few of those who have enjoyed the ultimate driving experience at the enchanting Tarporley venue.
