Louis Molloy, celebrity tattooist and star of TV programme London Ink, will showcase his world famous tattoo artwork at the Generation Pop Art Gallery in Manchester from 12-25th August 2011, with a ticket only launch evening on Thursday 11th August 2011.

Louis Molloy first rose to nationwide prominence when he created David Beckham’s ‘Guardian Angel’ tattoo and has since worked with numerous celebrities from TV stars and musicians to sportsmen Theo Walcott, Freddie Flintoff and Ricky Hatton, from his acclaimed Manchester Tattoo Studio.

With 30 years tattooing experience he has built an enviable portfolio of body tattoo artwork, with wide public appeal. Earlier this year he launched a renaissance- inspired menswear capsule collection. This he says bridges a gap for those who admire the art but don’t want to take the permanent step of getting a tattoo.

A Collection of Louis Molloy’s unique designs will be on display at the award winning Generation Pop Art Gallery, with limited edition artwork available to buy. The collection will also showcase a number of signed original pieces including David Beckham’s Guardian Angel.

Louis Molloy will be attending the ticket only launch event Generation Pop gallery on New York Street, in the heart of Manchester. For further details please view www.generationpop.co.uk
