Expanding the NQ just that little bit further, the transformations to Ducie Street Warehouse are now almost complete, developed by Capital and Centric Property Developers.

That means a brand new (and frankly delicious) restaurant to go to, Bistrotheque, a new yoga and fitness studio to stretch and sweat at, workspaces, a mini cinema and now the UK’s largest aparthotel, spanning 180,000 square feet.

There are 166 apartments from studios to some complete with private garden terraces. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, bespoke Conran furniture and magnificent and beautiful parquet flooring.

There are towering cast-iron columns spanning the outside of the vast central atrium and exposed barrel arched brickwork

The aparthotel has a perfect balance between home and hotel with unique buildings and exceptional architecture. The elegant, minimalistic and calming interior makes it the perfect home away from home.

Prices for a studio at Native Manchester start at just £76 per night.
