Saturday 28th September will see the brilliant Untold Orchestra head on down to NIAMOS in Hulme to perform an evening of everyone’s favourite Liverpudlian band, The Beatles.

A fantastically talented set of musicians, The Untold Orchestra is a Manchester-based collective that work on both original as well as collaborative projects. In this case they’ll be getting together with some of Manchester’s finest singers to present an orchestral rendition of one of The Beatles’ most infamous albums – Abbey Road.

The album, released in 1969, is in fact the final one they recorded together as a band, where even though ‘Let It Be’ was the last one released before the band’s dissolution in April 1970 – most of that album had already been recorded before Abbey Road began.

It’s a massively influential piece of work and still to this day many critics still cite it as The Beatles’ greatest album altogether.

You can expect the Untold Orchestra and their selection of vocal performers to do them justice. All while in the rather opulent surrounds of the NIAMOS centre – this is one not to miss out on!
