Rosa’s Thai Cafe, founded by Thai Chef Saiphin Moore, will be opening its first restaurant in Manchester at the end of February.
Taking over the former Handmade Burger Co site at The Old Courthouse on Deansgate, Rosa’s will celebrate its arrival in the city by treating diners to a soft launch offer of 50% off all food – with more information on dates and how to book being released on their socials over the coming weeks.
Launched in 2008 by Saiphin and her husband Alex on East London’s famous Brick Lane, Rosa’s Thai Café aims to build on their reputation for bold, punchy flavours and dishes inspired by Saiphin’s childhood, where she grew up on her family’s farm in Northern Thailand.
Rosa’s use the best in fresh British produce alongside traditional Thai ingredients including coconut milk, jasmine rice and tamarind paste, the key ingredient in their best-selling Pad Thai, which are sourced directly from farmers in Thailand.
The 60 cover restaurant will open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with a range of menus, including their all day menu, weekday lunch, veggie friendly and coeliac friendly menus. The restaurant will take both advance reservations and walk-ins.
