Purezza has opened their doors right in the heart of the Northern Quarter this week, and to celebrate they’re offering one lucky Manchester’s Finest follower PIZZA EVERY DAY FOR A WHOLE YEAR!
Taking over the old Dough site on the corner of High Street and Thomas Street, Purezza are the purveyors of the highest quality 100% plant-based vegan and gluten-free pizzas in the land.
Beginning their journey back in 2015 down south, they’ve moved into the NQ with their massive brick oven and are ready to get cracking with their Neapolitan pies.
Purezza call themselves “planet saving” – with a menu that’s 95% gluten-free, plant-based, mostly organic and local.
They were the first VEGAN pizzeria in the UK, and since then have gone on to create some rather impressive revolutions in the world of plant-based food – most noticeably spending years in their food laboratory creating a mozzarella that tastes and melts just like dairy.
They’ve also won a host of awards including National Pizza of the Year and a leading award at the World Pizza Championships.
