Running monthly until July you can expect over 450 whiskies, available to buy and try at the festival, as well as talks and seminars from a whole host of professionals within the industry. Certainly one not be missed by any whisky lover.
On the day, there will of course be plenty of whisky to sample alongside food from the incredible Great North Pie Co. with flavours including, Beef Mince & Onion, Classic Cheese & Onion, Roast Chicken & Ham.
There will also be loads of live music, a Whisky Shop mini store, and a bar specialising in ingenious cocktails, all made with whiskies from around the world.
Doors open at 2pm and the festival goes on til 6pm, but the venue will stay open late with DJ’s until 11pm.
